About me

Marjolein Vreeke

After my daughter Robin Holzken was scouted as a model, I specialized myself in training models based on interval and HIIT-workouts. As a professional trainer I have more than 20 years of experience in athletics, tennis and fitness.

 

As the so-called “modelmom” I hear all the inside stories about the modelling industry and I train models. With intervaltraining (HIIT) and weight training (with own bodyweight) I train at Modelsinshape in a fun, enjoyable and healthy way to develop beautiful, lean and defined muscles in models.

Information about the training

Training

The workouts at Modelsinshape are fully booked until January 26th 2021. You can book a reservation for a workout after January 26th 2021. Send an e-mail with your name and phone number to discuss this. Click here to send an email.

Small group training

Strength

Strength training with your own bodyweight by Modelsinshape.

Decrease your hip size by using specific and effective exercises, and develop beautiful, lean and developed muscles in your legs.

Jumprope modellen training

Jumprope

By jumping rope for one hour you burn no less than 1300 calories. There aren’t many people who can jumprope for an hour at a time, but do the math and realize how much you burn by jumping rope for 10 minutes; over 200 calories! You can’t do that with running.

Jumprope is a full body workout. You use your core muscles to stabilize yourself, your body to jump, your shoulders and your arms to spin the rope.

Jumping rope for ten minutes takes just as much energy as running for 1,5 kilometers in 7,5 minutes (that’s running at 12 kilometers an hour!).

If you regularly grab your jumprope, you don’t just work on your endurance, you will also book results with the toning of your body. It causes the strengthening of your muscles in upper and lower body.

HiiT Modellen training

HiiT Training

The model training also includes HiiT training, which stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This is a cardio/interval training, which combines a low intensity interval with a high intensity interval.

For example, you jog for 1 minute, and then sprint for 30 seconds, and then repeat.

HiiT also has a positive influence on the metabolism, namely on burning fat.

Taking the train?

From the station it is just a 15 minute walk!

Taking the bus?

Get off at ‘De Morgenster’. From there it is around an 800 meter walk.

Taking the car?

If you come by car, I kindly ask you not to park in the street. At the end of the street there are plenty of parking spaces!

To get to the gym, walk to the left in front of the house, and there walk to the back of the house.
